We started processing potatoes and sous-vide cooking them before the turn of the century. This helped us in building longstanding relationships with our customers. Within foodservice we differentiate the following markets;

We want to be able to serve every professional kitchen. To do this we build one of the most advanced production lines of Europe for our technique of peeling the potatoes. Because of this we’re able to offer a wide range of products which we can tailor to your exact needs.

Starchiness, shape, doneness, with or without skin, weight and packaging can all be adjusted to fit your production process.

With the help of a strong distribution network we deliver the products daily to a range of wholesalers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France. We have our own fleet of trucks with cooled trailers to make sure everyone gets their products the way they want.
