Cooking

Waxy potatoes
Peel the potatoes and half them so that they have roughly the same size, this will prevent uneven doneness. Wash the potatoes after peeling them and lay them in a large pan. Fill it up with water to just above the potatoes. Cook them to your own liking in just shy of 20 minutes. Check them after 18 minutes for doneness with a fork. When the potatoes don’t resist while you prick them, they’re done.

Starchy potatoes
Peel the potatoes and half them so that they have roughly the same size, this will prevent uneven doneness. Or buy our pre peeled and pre-cut potatoes! Wash the potatoes after peeling them and lay them in a large pan. Fill it up with water to just above the potatoes. Cook them to your own liking in 15 to 20 minutes. Check them after 15 minutes for doneness with a fork. When the potatoes don’t resist while you prick them, they’re done. Don’t let them cook for too long, otherwise they’ll get mushy!

Very starchy potatoes
Peel the potatoes and half them so that they have roughly the same size, this will prevent uneven doneness. Wash the potatoes after peeling them and lay them in a large pan. Fill it up with water to just above the potatoes. Cook them to your own liking in about 10 minutes. Check them after 8 minutes for doneness with a fork. When the potatoes don’t resist while you prick them, they’re done. Don’t let them cook for too long, otherwise they’ll get mushy!

Sous vide
Do you want to be sure that your potatoes are 100% done and full of flavour? Try out our sous vide products! These potatoes are seasoned and precooked, they only have to be warmed up. This can be done in multiple ways;

Frying pan
Fry the potatoes without or with a bit of butter, depending on your frying pan, on medium to high heat to get a light crispy exterior. Follow the instructions on the packaging for the total preparation time or taste by feeling.

Gourmet
The gourmet potatoes are 100% done and only need to be warmed up by the gourmet set. This will take around 8 minutes, make sure to scoop them over occasionally.

Oven
Put the potatoes in an oven dish or aluminium foil and place them in a pre-heated oven. Check the packaging for the temperature and preparation time. Scoop them over when they’re halfway done.

Airfryer

Cut the packaging open and let the seasoning leak out. Place the potatoes in the airfryer and bake them for around 7 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.

BBQ
Our BBQ potatoes fit perfectly on every BBQ. They’re already 100% done and only have to be warmed up. BBQ them for around 8 minutes and check regularly so that they won’t burn.

Magnetron
Place the potatoes in the microwave and heat them up on 750 watt, check the packaging for the preparation time. Scoop them over when they’re halfway done.

Steamer
Steam them for around 35 to 40 minutes on 100 degrees depending on the starchiness of the potato.
